Would you recommend Toronto as a good place to live for what I'm looking for?

I am looking to move to Canada after I graduate college. The U.S. has served me well, but I am looking for something different. I have always admired the Canadian culture and think it's a good fit for me. I am kind of intrigued by Toronto. The two things I am looking for most is a large city with plenty of diverse cultures and scholarly things to do, and also a place that will allow me to use my degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Science (Maybe as a fisheries biologist or working for an agricultural firm of sorts?) Are there a lot of jobs like that up there? Would you recommend this city to me, for what I'm looking for in a place to live? Thanks so much for the help!
