Where can I find fantasia on a theme from thailand sheet music?

Last year in orchestra we had an awsome teacher but when she left she took her music with her. Fantasia on a Theme from Thailand was on of the songs that she had. I want to find it again so I can show my new orchesrta teacher to see if maybe we could play it. I want one in cello and violin.
