Dear Friends! I am looking for English ideoglossary (topical vocabulary), how it is termed correctly?

(not alphabetized, but with subject clification). And not an Encyclopedia. The closest ogy is Roget's Thesaurus, but it doesn’t involve such topics like politics, science, education, culture, technology, environment, e.t.c. I will be very grateful for any clue. Thank you for your time.
