Whats a fair price for my totalled Mustang?

I have a '05 Mustang convertible that was totalled last year. I'm talking front end smashed! From the doors back it's great, no damage except for a little damage to the drivers side door. My Dad has been keeping it at his shop and just found out that the windows have been down since November! The weather is crazy in OK, and I know the interior carpet is done for, and Im sure the leather seats dont look amazing either. I have had numerous calls about wanting to purchase the mangled mess, but what would be fair? It's an '05 convertible, power everything (seats included), 5 disc CD changer with MP3, spoiler, premium sound (for anyone who knows, it's the 550 I think?) It's the step down from the GT but not the lower end 'Stang. Has leather interior, the rear spoiler, all kinds of decals on it, candy red paint, basically she used to be gorgeous! 45,000 miles (average). The guy who wants to buy it said he looked at the frame, said it was totally jacked underneath. What do you think is fair?
