What do you do when yur boyfriend says he luvs u?

well my boyfriend devin says he luvs me and then hasn't called or emailed or anything for 3 weeks iheard some ual noises in his house once and i think hes cheating on me. so i called him and he finally picked up the phone when i told at i heard and i asked him if he was cheating on me, h e said that we should meet in starbuck and the next thing u knowhe doesnt show up so i go to his house see him and a pearson (looked like a girl ,couldnt see well) and the next thing i hear ual noises but i couldnt see them, what should i do?
