Does anyone remember this made for TV movie from the late 90's or early 00's?

This is what I remember of the movie. These new yorkers found a portal to a fairy tale world and help then inhabitants before finding there way back home. The new york girl ends up falling in love with a guy from the fairy tale world. The image I most remember from this movie is that the Manhattan skyline when reflected in the water became a fairy tale castle. This was the image that went on the DVD cover when it was released as a DVD (I saw it at a video store years ago). I think of this movie from time to time, but can't figure out the name. It aired over a couple of weeks and I think it was on NBC or ABC. If anyone remembers please let me know.
