Wells fargo charging fees they should not charge? opinions please?

So I have been paying my mortgage on time for a year now. My hours had been cut so what I did to make sure my mortgage was paid is every week I sent a payment. By the due date they had all of my mortgage paid so it is paid on time it is just not one lump sum. They told me I cannot make "payments" I have to pay in full. Well I have other bills I put out too and I have put wells fargo first. My opinion is that in this economy they should be so lucky to get any money. And they really need to work with people who are paying their bills on time. So as my story goes they have received Decembers payment but I had to pay in installments so they charged me a late fee. Mind you my payment was paid on time they just received the amount in four payments. They have my money and have cashed my checks and held onto the money. Well wells fargo I used my online bill pay so I have proof you received and cashed my checks before the due date of Dec 15th. So now I will report them to BBB and attorney general. They are illegally charging late fees and making up their own little rules.
