Collectors coin franklyn mint that has motorcycle engine imprint.?

Coin has Laconia 2001 imprinted on it.Tried Franklyn Mint website but no luck.Also tried Harley Davidson site no luck there either. Even tried Laconia Bike Week site no luck anywhere.Not even sure what type of metal its made of.
