I bet you'll be able to get one--with three kids already, they won't care so much about how young you are. But be persistent--if one doctor turns you down, you'll find another who will be OK with doing the surgery. But first, get a second opinion about what's wrong with you that is causing all this bleeding. maybe another dr. will have a better idea than just taking more birth control pills.
