Why do we breath warm air and blow cold air?

It's because when you hold your hand away from your mouth and blow, your breath travels through cool air from outside your body and the cooler air conducts heat away from your warmer breath and therefore cools it. If you purse your lips and blow, but put your hand right by your mouth, it still feels warm because the breath hasn't had time to cool off by going through cooler air.
