UK Only - Can anyone recommend a good cheap place to stay?

I am looking for either a caravan park with static caravans or a B & B somewhere in Devon/Cornwall/Torquay for a weekend (Friday - Sunday)at the beginning of August, has to be cheap though as I am on a tight budget! Somewhere where the nightlife is good!
