Scab turns green in/after shower?

i fell during hurdles and scrapped my knees up pretty good. the scraps seem to be healing well but everytime i take a shower the two deepest/worst cuts scabs turns green, they dry and harden back to a normal looking scab within a few hours but when i come right out they are squishy and a greenish yellowish white color, i put neosporin on them and cover them up for part of the day and let them air out for the other part. they dont seem to be infected. any ideas on why they turn greenish or what cuases it? please and thank you, also is there anything i should do about it? leave the thin green layer or peel it off?
