I'm being bullied, do I go to school tomorrow?

Since about August I have been bullied pretty harshly by these girls in my high school, but I've stayed strong and I haven't backlashed or said anything nasty about them in return. I thought it was over, but yesterday I found out that a rumor was started by them that I snitched on a party (alcohol, drugs, that kind of thing) and there's all these posts on facebook saying I'm a snitch when I didn't do anything. I don't know if I should go to school tomorrow or not. I'd love to take a day off to just clear my mind, but that may make them feel like they won and that I'm scared of them (thus giving them satisfaction). Advice?
